Review submitted 3rd March 2011 - from Scott from Sydney Australia I stayed in the Hyatt Regency in February 2011. I was not expecting much from the in house Chinese restaurant though I was presently surprised. The service was great and the food delicious. The spicy Sichuan chicken was not that spicy though they had some spicy chili sauce on the table which spiced the dish up. The mango pudding was awesome!
